  Long story short without the details, Charles Brown AKA "Charlie Brown" as general manager at the Huntsville location went above and beyond to satisfy a customer...me. Over what I believe to be a legitimate issue, I had begun to put Jared -Galleria behind me, both figuratively and literally! Fortunately, Mr Brown caught me in the parking lot and asked to be given a chance to fix the issue. I did. He did and I suggest you try Jared's for your jewelry needs.
