  Very dissatisfied with this location!! The staff is rude. Especially Vicky in billing. Also, I should not have to provide my insurance information over and over again. Addionally, was promised one thing by Nancy at the front desk and then turns around and tells the others she never said that to me. Will not be returning or referring anyone to this location!!
