  Was treated horribly when I told her what our insurance was. She is a provider in our network but the office staff was very rude when I called and wouldn't schedule me. They said they would call me back in a few weeks because they had "other patients" that needed to be scheduled first. I won't be waiting for a call that I'm sure will never be made.
