  I always receive outstanding customer service from the Quick Lane for my three Ford vehicles. The entire staff is friendly and they sincerely welcome my business at every routine maintenance or repair service. Recently, my Mercury received an oil change in a professional and timely manner. No other required maintenance was recommended and I trust the honesty of technicians and administrative staff. I always look forward to my periodic visits because of the courtesy and quality of service. The receptionists are pleasant to communicate my service requirements and provide clear solutions. Occasionally, I am invited to talk directly with the technicians for a better understanding for vehicle maintenance needs. Please keep up the outstanding work at the Quick Lane facility.
