  I came in looking for a gift for my sister for her birthday, and was helped expertly by Kelly Ann. She helped guide me in the right direction, and I ended up picking out some Lagos earrings that my sister was thrilled with. I even ended up purchasing a John Hardy bracelet for myself from Kelly Ann, because she found one for me amongst the inventory that was right up my alley, style-wise. She was well versed on the history behind the piece we were looking at (a huge selling point for me, as I love history), and was very kind and funny, while still being incredibly professional. I've bought from Osborne's before, and have always had a stellar experience, and this particular visit was once again excellent. I would highly recommend them.
