  Usually, the times I’ve been here the doctors were good and the staff were friendly. However, there have been some doctors that were on the eh side. The wait times are absolutely horrible though. I get it, flu season and all, but I shouldn’t have to wait for 2 hours basically. I don’t know how they order presedence of who’s more important, but usually someone who comes in later shouldn’t go before someone who has been waiting for a good while. There have been times where it’s quick and easy to get in and out, but those are few and far.

  Been going to this place for 10+ years. I came in a week ago with ear infection that won't go away I was treated for same thing a month+ ago and it came back but never really went away. First visit was 20 min waiting room 5 min room wait and a 1 min discussion. @ 100$ plus 160$ @ drugstore wambam fluid went away hearing came back but felt something in ear that didnt hurt but next visit Needless to say I show up and I'm not in the system!!!huh okay I'm loyal so I stay and refill paper work all while wondering why as a loyal client my record were tossed!!! I assume it because I'm uninsured (self employed) but far from poor!! Cash paying customer. Allman peeked at my ear seconds later she is requesting a stronger medicine's.I managed to try to get some concerned questions out to her about I think it could be fungal problem. Gibber gabber then asked did I clean your ears on the last visit!!! NO I wanted to express the lack of attention I got but my ear pain suppressed my words she walks out then she returned talking money concerns about the cost of testing ear wax/bloody infection being 2^0.00$ . And literally talked me out of the procedure. Another 100$ and 95$ for shots 100$ for ear drops antibiotics free at publix. Lol. Right now its been 6 days my ear and neck is swollen and sleep is forgotten foe. My 100$ ear drops sting my canals so bad i can't use them they are suposed to have a pain killer in them I believe its a pain increased. I am constantly on edge of ibuprofen OD. Well I'm $555.00+- and I'm bed ridden in a lot of pain and sleep deprived. Speak up and dont give in and make sure if in too much pain you have someone help get your concerns across to them/her. Seems like customer quantitie have overcome quality at this office. I mentioned I belived it to be fungal and was 110% looked at like an idiot. Maybe I am for returning here.
