  I am a current resident at Colonial Grand at Edgewater. As you may remember, last month on Black Friday an apartment building in the same complex, directly across from mine, caught fire and burned rather significantly. Videos on my Facebook. Enough that 4 families had to relocate. Colonial grand did not take responsibility when apparently even the fire marshal declared the residents free of wrong doing. The chimneys were not properly cleaned and this was not the first time fires have happened in this complex.
  
  I had my own extreme fire hazard that I immediately reported months ago. I was told the issue was fixed, well today I realized the issues was NOT fixed and continueing. Every work order I have placed with the complex has gone un fixed. When is someone going to take responsibility at these apartment complexes. Please investigate this before people die.
