  I was with Dr Andrews for several years and found him to be a fairly good general practitioner. As his practice grew his staff became more and more incompetent. Referrals, appointments and getting prescriptions took longer and longer. I informed his staff I would not see a physician's assistant after a near fatal incident earlier with another doctor office. So what did his staff do; three different appointments with his PA. Finally after a take it or leave it discussion with his appointment scheduler I told them I would go elsewhere.
  If you want a group of caring medical professionals don't go with this group of substandard boobs.
